In this area you will find documents relating to an employees statutory right to request flexible working to enable employers to deal with the request in a reasonable manner in line with the requirements of sections 80F to 80I of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA 1996), together with the Flexible Working Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/1398) and the Acas Code of Practice in this area.
